Termination of a service company contract

By agreement dated 16.09.2014 AKTIV PROPERTIES REIT and AKTIV PARKING OOD, company number (EIK) 203130143 terminated by mutual consent the Service Company Agreement executed on 04.07.2014, the termination took effect on 15.09.2014.
