At the General Meeting of Shareholders, held on May 10th, 2011 it was decided to elect as an auditor Mariya Gyurova - proposed by the Audit Committee, to carry out an independent financial audit and certification of the company's Annual Financial Statements (individual and cosolidated) for 2011.
