Renewing Lease Contracts

1. Aktiv Properties REIT signed a new 5 years lease contract withITW Ispracontrols Bulgaria Ltd for Administrative and manufacturing building, Plovdiv city. The Contract begins on the 1^st of January 2013 ant the Tenant shall pay a monthly gross rent of EURO 7 440, VAT not included for the Term of the Agreement. The rent is to be indexed at the beginning of each calendar year starting from January 1^st, 2014, with the official for Republic of Bulgaria Index of Consumers Prices.
