Description: 7 properties, representing agrarian land in ALEPU country, included in the land division plan of the town of Sozopol, with total area of 48,557 m2.

Designation: Amendment of the designation of the lands owned by Aktiv Properties REIT and development of holiday resort project.
By Order №Z-129 and № Z-130 of 19.01.2009, the Mayor of the Municipality of Sozopol approved the Detailed Development Plans for 45 018 m2. Urban development and preliminary design have been elaborated for the first project phase on area of 17 509 m2. The project may be offered for sale yet during the preliminary design/ detailed design phase.
