Purchase of a new real estate property

On 10.02.2006, Aktiv Properties REIT concluded an agreement for purchase of a regulated landed property in Plovdiv with an area of 1,313 sq. m together with the three-store solid building there of 800 sq. m built-up area and 2,400 sq. m spread out built-up area in compliance with an authorisation of the management by the General Meeting, held on 31.10.2005, to enter into transactions for acquisition of tangible fixed assets pursuant to Art.114 and the next one of the POSA.
