Notification on the suspension of trading in Company’s shares

On 05.06.2015 the General Meeting of Shareholders of AKTIV PROPERTIES REIT took resolution to increase the par value of the shares from BGN 1 to BGN 9 and to reduce their total number from 19,728,099 to 2,192,011, while maintaining the size of the Company’s capital ("Reverse Split"). In view of this and in order to carry out a procedure for compensation of shareholders whose old shares, divided into 9 (nine), will not form an integer, and to register the reverse split at Central Depository AD as of 12.06.2015, trading in company shares (ISIN code BG1100003059 and ticker 5AX) was suspended.

Trade will be restored on the first working day after notification by AKTIV PROPERTIES REIT is received at BSE-Sofia AD and Central Depository AD that the resolution taken by the shareholders has been entered in the Companies Register at the Registry Agency and at the register of Central Depository AD.
