Notification on the sale of a real property

On 08.01.2015, Aktiv Properties REIT entered into a contract for the sale of the following company property:

Zoned Land XXIV - for CCS in quart. 46 as per the effective plan of the Town of Svilengrad, the entire Zoned Land with an area of 2749 sq.m designated for public development, TOGETHER with the one-storey building – a library, built in it, with a built-up area of 383 sq.m and one-storey building – a laundry, with a built-up area of 675 sq.m. Buyer under the transaction is King Advertisement EOOD, entered into the Companies Register at the Registry Agency under UIC 175394300, having its registered office in the City of Plovdiv and principal place of business at: City of Sofia, Serdika borough, 131 Maria Luisa Blvd., represented by the Manager Onur Yenen. The value of the transaction is EUR 450,000, net of VAT. The parties agree upon a partial deferred payment by November 28, 2015, for which a legal mortgage has been established in favor of Aktiv Properties REIT with the above property.
