Notification on the receipt of depository receipts

We hereby inform the shareholders of Aktiv Properties REIT with personal securities accounts that they can get new receipts issued after reflecting the changes in the capital structure of the Company, each business day from 8.30 to 17.00 h at the following addresses:

City of Sofia, 101 Tsarigradsko shose Blvd., fl.4, office Aktiv Properties REIT,

City of Plovdiv, 37 Nestor Abadzhiev Str., fl.2

For individuals, receipt shall take place upon presentation of an ID card. For legal entities it is necessary to present also Certificate of good standing of the Company and Power of Attorney for obtaining the depository receipt.
