Notification on the purchase of real properties

On 29.05.2015, while implementing its investment program in the region of Plovdiv airport, AKTIV PROPERTIES REIT entered into final agreements on the acquisition of the following properties:

         1) 2/8 (two eighths) undivided shares of property № 011225 with an area of 5300 dca located in the area of ORESHAKA, on the territory of the Village of Krumovo, Municipality of Rodopi, Region of Plovdiv;

2) 2/16 (two sixteenths) undivided shares of property № 011226  with an area of 5100 dca located in the area of ORESHAKA, on the territory of the Village of Krumovo, Municipality of Rodopi, Region of Plovdiv;

3) property № 011209 with an area of 1999 dca located in the area of ORESHAKA, on the territory of the Village of Krumovo, Municipality of Rodopi, Region of Plovdiv;

4) property № 011106 with an area of 1999 dca located in the area of ORESHAKA, on the territory of the Village of Krumovo, Municipality of Rodopi, Region of Plovdiv;
