Notification on the purchase of a real property

On 22.05.2015, Aktiv Properties REIT entered into a contract for the purchase of AN ELEVEN-STORE BUILDING – A HOSTEL – a reinforced concrete structure, located in the City of Sofia, 21 Zhitnitsa Str., which was surveyed as a property with land plot survey № 463 /four hundred sixty-three/ as per the plan of City of Sofia, Slaviya area, with a built-up of each floor - 728 /seven hundred twenty-eight/ square meters, with a total area of 8008 /eight thousand and eight  square meters, consisting of: a basement, a ground floor, a shared second floor, eight residential floors, two elevator shafts, a total of 268 rooms, two halls, a health office and a canteen, along with the right of construction on the site, where the building is constructed, representing: Zoned Land X- for a hostel and a parking, quart. 2 /second/, Slaviya area, City of Sofia, with an area of 2506 /two thousand five hundred and six/ square meters, with the following neighbours as per the sketch: Zhitnitsa street, Zoned Land XI for CCS and Zoned Land III for auto-fleet, according to Sketch № УТ94-C-331 / 04.05.2015 of Sofia Municipality, Krasno Selo area, for the amount of 1 005 000 /one million and five thousand euros/ VAT included.
