Notification on appointment of new Director of Investor Relations

 In connection with the activities peformed under Art.116g of POSA, I hereby inform you of the following:
As of 01.05.2011, the present Director of Investor Relations of Aktiv Properties REIT - Silvia Valerieva Todorova goes on maternity leave. As of such date, the Board of Directors of Aktiv Properties REIT appoints Iliana Angelova Atanasova as a Director of Investor Relations under contract of employment pursuant to Article 68, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Labour Code.
