Notice concerning transfer of shares from a subsidiary

By notarized Share Sale Agreement executed on 15.09.2014, the following shares were transferred from the capital of AKTIV PARKING OOD, company number (EIK) 203130143:

816 180 shares, each at a par value of BGN 1, representing 60 % of the company capital, for the total amount of BGN 824 500;

The buyer of the above shares is LEX 2011 EOOD, entered in the Trade Register with the Registry Agency unde company number (EIK) 201636893, with registered address in the city of Plovdiv and principal place of business: 58, Bogomil Str., floor 3, ap. 4, represented by Zhanet Petrova Pavlova, General Manager
