Notice concerning termination of a contract with a key client

Effective from 3 October 2014, Aktiv Properties REIT terminated the contractual relations with Sim Project EOOD, which was a lessee of the showroom in the Aktiv Business Centre. According to the annual business report of Aktiv Properties REIT for 2013, Sim Project EOOD accounted for 11,86% of the company's revenue in 2013.
