New building with Class "A" certificate on the energy characteristics

On 25.06.2007 Aktiv Properties REIT has received a Class "A" certificate on the energy characteristics of a building, with expiry date 29.05.2017, for а real estate of the Company, namely an underground parking, located in Grand Mall in Plovdiv, consisting of 109 parking lots. The certificate relieves Aktiv Properties REIT from the obligation to pay the ownership tax for that property for 10 years.
