Investments in the city of Svilengrad

On 27.06.2007 Aktiv Properties REIT has acquired the right of ownership on a real estate in Svilengrad, 28 Bulgaria Blvd., comprising 2,749 sq. m. in total, along with the one-floor buildings on it - a library and a laundry.
