Investments in Rakovski Industrial Zone

On 02.08.2007 Aktiv Properties REIT has acquired the right of ownership on a real estate, namely Zavod za betonovi elementi (a plant for concrete elements) in Stryama village, Rakovski district, Plovdiv region, comprising 16,440 sq. m. including all the improvements in the property, i.e. a building - one-storey manufacturing warehouse (a steel elements workshop) of 2,590 sq. m. built-up area and 31,200 cubic meters built-up volume. The acquired real estate is integrated in the urban development plan of Rakovski Industrial Zone.
