Increase of investments in ALEPU

 On 16.05.2007 Aktiv Properties REIT acquired the right of ownership over a property with an area of ​​10,509 decares located in the ALEPU area as per the plan for land division of Sozopol. Following this purchase, the total area of the ​​properties owned by the Company in the ALEPU area amounted to 48,554 decares
