Following the investment program

On 06.06.2007, in pursuance with its investment program, Aktiv Properties REIT has acquired the titles on new real estates near the Plovdiv airport and the "Otdih i kultura" (Relax & Culture) Park in Plovdiv, as follows:
1. Three (3) fields of 105.49 ares in total in the "Chairite" and "Katunski pat" areas on the land of the village of Krumovo, Rodopi district, Plovdiv Region.
2. One twelfth (1/12) ideal parts of two real estates, comprising 16,522 sq. m. totally inbuilt-up area, representing landed properties that occur in the Regulated Landed Property for "Otdih i kultura" (Relax & Culture) Park as per the plan of the "Otdih i kultura" (Relax & Culture) Park in Plovdiv.
