Decision of Plovdiv District Court

Under a Decision of Plovdiv District Court dated 29.03.2007, the following changes have been registered with the file of Aktiv Properties REIT-Plovdiv:

• Registration of an increase in capital of the company from BGN 5,200,000 to BGN 19,728,099, allotted in 19,728,099 shares of BGN 1.00 nominal value each through issuance of 14,528,099 new common, dematerialised shares of BGN 1.00 nominal and BGN 1.50 issuing value each, i.e. of BGN 14,528,099 total nominal value and of BGN 21,792,148.50 total issuing value, fully paid in the accumulation account of the company.
