The Board of Directors of Aktiv Properties REIT-Plovdiv, took decision for increase in capital of the company as follows:
- Number of shares before the capital increase: 650,000
- Number of shares, offered for subscription: 4,550,000
- Nominal value: BGN 1.00
- Issuing value: BGN 1.10
- BSE code of the rights issued: R3AKTIV
- Number of the rights issued: 650,000
- Ratio between rights issued and new shares (right/shares): 1/7
