Decision about profits distribution

At the General Meeting of Shareholders of Aktiv Properties REIT-Plovdiv,  held on 30.06.2006, the following dividend distribution decision for 2005 has been taken:
- Gross dividend: BGN 0.0058 per share
- Net dividend: BGN 0.005394 per share
The final date for transacting shares of this company on the BSE-Sofia, in result of which the owner will have the right to obtain dividend, will be 12.07.2006 (i.e. Ex Dividend Date: 13.07.2006).
