Conclusion of preliminary agreement

On 03.11.2014 in pursuance of its investment programme for the area of Plovdiv Airport, AKTIV PROPERTIES REIT concluded preliminary agreement for the following acquisitions:

1) 2/8 (two eights) of land property № 011225  with an area of 5.300 dca located in the area of Oreshaka, on the land of Krumovo village, Municipality Rodopi, District of Plovdiv;

2) 2/16 (two sixteenth) of property № 011226  with an area of 5.100 dca located in the area of Oreshaka, on the land of Krumovo village, Municipality Rodopi, District of Plovdiv;

After finalization of the preliminary contracts, Aktiv Properties REIT will hold 100% of the title in the above properties.
