Appointment of new manager in "Active Services" Ltd.

At its meeting held on 09.01.2012 the Board of Directors of Aktiv Properties REIT – the owner of Aktiv Services Ltd a service company pursuant to art. 18 of the Real Estates Investment Trusts Act dismissed Rashko Kirilov Radomorov as I managing director. Aktiv Services Ltd will be represented and managed by Krasimira Angelova Panayotova.
Krasimira Angelova Panayotova (born 1976) graduated Economic University, Varna, speciality Economics & Industry Management (1994-1998). Graduate Master I Corporate Finance in Plovdiv University (1999-2000). In the period 01.11.1999 – 31.10.2002 Krasimira Panayotova worked as an accountant in Leasing company LEADER. From 01.11.2002 till 15.04.2004 she was a chief accountant in Leasing company LEADER. In the period 16.04.2004 – 07.02.2005 she was chief accountant in Mcar LTD – an official dealer of BMW for Bulgaria. From 08.02.2005 till 31.08.2007 she worked as an accountant in PT Holding – a company operating in real estate business. From 01.09.2007 till 31.01.2010 she worked as a chief accountant in PT Holding. From 01.02.2010 till now she is an accountant in Aktiv Services Ltd - a service company to Aktiv Properties REIT.
The reported decision is in power from the day it is signed in The Commercial Register.
