Announcement for increase of the capital of Aktiv Properties REIT

With reference to a publication in both State Gazette, issue 100/13.12.2005, and the Pari newspaper, issue 238/14.12.2005, regarding an increase in the capital of Aktiv Properties REIT-Plovdiv, please be informed of the following:
- Number of shares before the capital increase: 650,000 shares
- Number of shares, offered for subscription: 4,550,000 shares
- Nominal value: BGN 1.00 per share
- Issuing value: BGN 1.10 per share
- BSE code of the rights issued: R3AKTIV
- Number of the rights issued: 650,000
- Ratio between the rights issued and new shares (right/shares): 1/7
- The capital shall be increased only if 2,400,000 shares at least have been subscribed to and paid
- Initial and final date for transferring of the rights: 27.12.2005 / 11.01.2006
- Initial date for subscription to shares: 27.12.2005
- Final date for subscription to shares of the increase: 01.02.2006
- Initial date for trading with rights on the Exchange: 27.12.2005
- Final date for trading with rights on the Exchange: 09.01.2006
- Date of the Auction pursuant to Art. 112b (7) of the POSA: 18.01.2006
- Investment intermediary authorised to administer the capital increase: Financial House Karoll

- The right to participate in the capital increase shall be entitled to all shareholders registered with the Central Depository as of 20.12.2005 (Record date).
-The final date for transacting shares of this company on the BSE-Sofia, in result of which the holder will have the right to participate in the capital increase, will be 16.12.2005 (respectively Ex date: 19.12.2005).
