An Exchange deal with Plovdiv Municipality

On 14.08.2007, Plovdiv Municipality has negotiated with Aktiv Properties REIT-Plovdiv an exchange of real estates by virtue of Order No OA-2209/14.08.2007, namely:
- Exchange of four (4) real estates, private municipal property, having a total area of 20,077 sq. m for two (2) real estates, property of Aktiv Properties REIT, having a total area of 20,782 sq. m
The estates are located in "Otdih i Kultura" (Recreation & Culture) Park, Plovdiv. The purpose of the exchange is enlarging the site owned by Aktiv Properties REIT in the area of "Otdih i Kultura" Park, Plovdiv in compliance with the investment program of the company.
