Aktiv Properties REIT in BG-REIT Index

At its meeting held on 17.08.2007  the Board of Directors of BSE-Sofia has decided to establish a new index BG-REIT  which to comprise the biggest real estates investment trusts in Bulgaria regarding their market capitalization, shares traded volume and free-float. In addition to Aktiv Properties REIT the portfolio of BG-REIT index includes also the following companies: Agricultural Land Opportunity Fund Mel Invest REIT-Sofia, Advance Terrafund REIT-Sofia, BenchMark Fund Estates REIT-Sofia, Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT-Sofia, Elana Agricultural Land Opportunity Fund REIT-Sofia, FairPlay Properties REIT-Sofia, Intercapital Property Development REIT-Sofia, Bulland Investments REIT-Sofia, Park REIT-Sofia, Prime Property BG REIT-Sofia
