Aktiv Properties REIT accesses cheaper credits

On 09.05.2007 Aktiv Properties REIT and United Bulgarian Bank have signed Annexes to the existing two bank credit agreements between the parties, by virtue of which the existing interest rates have been decreased by 4.00 and 3.75 points respectively. Effective since 09.05.2007 the interest accrued on the credits shall be Euribor plus 2.75 points per annum.
