Substitution of service companies of Aktiv Properties REIT

By Resolution No. 1129-DSIC of 28.08.2008 the Financial Supervision Commission gave its approval to Aktiv Properties REIT for substitution of three of the four service companies – Audit Company Uzunova Ltd., Elta Consult AD and Atrend Ltd. with a new service company Aktiv Services Ltd., Plovdiv city, which will be a service company pursuant to art. 18 of the Real Estates Investment Trusts Act. Aktiv Services Ltd. is fully owned by Aktiv Properties REIT.
