Notice concerning transfer of shares from a subsidiary

By notarized Share Sale Agreement executed on 15.07.2014, the following shares of the capital of AKTIV PARKING EOOD, company number (EIK) 203130143 were transferred:

544 120 (Five hundred forty-four thousand one hundred and twenty) shares, each at a par value of BGN 1, i.e. 40% of the company capital, for the total amount of BGN 547 600 (five hundred forty-seven thousand and six hundred levs);

The buyer of the above shares is LEX 2011 EOOD, entered in the Trade Register with the Registry Agency under company number (EIK) 201636893, with registered address in the city of  Plovdiv and principal place of business: 58, Bogomil Str., floor  3, ap. 4, represented by Zhanet Petrova Pavlova, General Manager.
