Contract between Aktiv Properties REIT and St. Kliment Ohridski Sofia University

On 24.07.2008 AKTIV PROPERTIES REIT and ST. KLIMENT OHRIDSKI SOFIA UNIVERSITY concluded a contract for creation of a right for construction on estate. The agreement provide that ST. KLIMENT OHRIDSKI SOFIA UNIVERSITY, being an owner of land with total area of 8468 m2, located in Sofia city, NPZ Iztok and Kuro neighbourhood, will grant the construction right concerning that estate to AKTIV PROPERTIES REIT. AKTIV PROPERTIES REIT undertakes in its turn to compensate ST KLIMENT OHRIDSKI SOFIA UNIVERSITY by carrying out building and construction works in the existing administrative and business building with total built-up area 15 220 m2, as well as to extend the existing administrative and business building so that the built-up floor area becomes 21 000 m2.
