2. Parking Lot No 33(thirty three), situated in the semi-basement, level –2,50 м. (minus 2 and a half meters) at 18.90 sq. m.
3. Parking lot No 34(thirty four), situated in the semi-basement, на level –2,50 м. (minus 2 and a half meters) at 37.17 sq. m.,

Term: The contract entered into force on 13 March 2005, the premises were provided to the tenant for improvements on 13 January 2005.The contract expires on 13 March 2010.
Rent: Annual gross rent: 93,360 (ninety three thousand three hundred and sixty) Euro net of VAT.
Indexing of the rent:The gross rent is indexed at the beginning of each calendar year, starting from 1 January 2006, with the official inflation ratio - HICP (Harmonized index of consumer prices), published by EUROSTAT and applicable for the European Union for the preceding year.
