Aktiv Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) is registered and existing under the Laws of the Republic of Bulgaria when it was registered on 20 January 2005 in the Companies’ Register at Plovdiv Regional Court under company file No 202/2005.Active Properties REIT is managed by Board of Directors with the following members:

• Mr. Dimitar Georgiev Rusev – Chairman of the Board of Directors
• Mr. Dilian Peichev Panev – Executive Director
• Mr. Stoyan Stefanov Lilov – Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors

Aktiv PropertiesREITis registered with the statutory share capital of BGN 500,000.As of the date of its incorporation the institutional investor - Advance Invest JSC holds 30% of the capital of the Company and PT Holding JSC owns 65.5%.

The registered activity of Company as per Decision No 468 of 20 January 2005 is investment of the monetary contributions, collected with the issuance of securities into real estate (securitization of immovable property).The investments shall be made by way of acquisition of title as well as other rights over real estates as well as constructions and improvements over these properties with the objective of their management, renting out, leasing and/or their sale.
