Winning a tender organized by the Government Receivables Agency, Regional Directorate – town of Ruse

AKTIV PROPERTIES REIT won a tender with secret bidding, organized by the Government Receivables Agency, Regional Directorate – town of Ruse for dormitory “Dobre doshli” (high building and low building – block 1 and block 2), located in the town of Pleven, Stara gara residential district, which is a sixteen-storey block of flats, consisting of: basement; entrance hall on the first floor, porter’s room, offices, storehouses, canteen, kitchen and general-purpose rooms; from the second to the eighth floor including– all rooms – 14 rooms on every floor, on the ninth floor – rooms №1,2,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14 /without room №3 or total of 13 rooms/; on the tenth floor – rooms № 5,6,9,10,11,12,13,14, /total of 8 rooms/; on the twelfth, thirteenth and fourteenth floor – all rooms – 14 rooms on each floor; fifteenth floor – all 10 rooms; sixteenth floor – all 4 rooms, as well as the common rooms on every floor. Total built-up area – 914 m2 and total floor area 6904,00 m2, together with the relevant 92.185% shares – from the common parts of the building and granted building right on the yard, for the amount of 2 527 195 BGN.
