Subscription for public offering of 150,000 shares of AKTIV Properties REIT finalized

The initial increase of the capital of AKTIV Properties REIT from BGN500,000.00 to BGN650,00.00 through the issue of new 1500,000 ordinary dematerialized shares with voting rights, with par value and issue value of each share BGN1.00 (one Bulgarian Lev) was registered by the Plovdiv Regional Court by its Decision No. 3569 of 01/06/2005.
