Less than 2% of Aktiv Properties REIT's issue of rights offered at an auction

The auction pursuant to Art. 112b (7) of the POSA for sale of rights of the capital increase of Aktiv Properties REIT, shall be performed on Monday, 26.02.2007. The amount of 101,211 rights, to which no shares have been subscribed, shall be offered at the auction.
