Increase in the investments in Oreshaka and Recreation and Culture Park, Plovdiv

30.03.2007, Aktiv Properties REIT acquired proprietary title on 12 real estates of 48,076 sq. m in total, located in Oreshaka area, on the land of Krumovo village, Rodopi municipality, Plovdiv region. Aktiv Properties REIT acquired further two non-built-up landed properties of 11,578 sq. m, located in the regulated landed property “Recreation and Culture Park” as per Plovdiv town planning.
