Termination of a rental contract with a key account

On 28.10.2009 an agreement between Aktiv Properties REIT and Mobexpert Bulgaria Ltd. was executed for termination by mutual consent of the rental contract between the parties, effective from November 1st 2009. For the first 9 months of 2009, Mobexpert Bulgaria Ltd. generated 23,24% of the total operating income of Aktiv Properties REIT.
