Publishing of non regular financial statement

In compliance with the requirements of the international financial statements standards and with Art. 20 (1) of the Special Investment Purpose Companies Act, the Board of Directors of Aktiv Properties REIT has taken a decision for reassessment of the real estates, property of the company, in order to provide reliable information about the property status of the company and to prepare a report as of 31.10.2006 pursuant to Art. 19 of the Special Investment Purpose Companies Act.
