Notice of expiration of a contract with a service company

The Contract between Aktiv Properties REIT and ICM Projects Ltd. in the capacity of a service company as per the meaning of art. 18, pg. 2 of the Real Estate Investments Trusts Act concerning activities for real estate servicing, maintenance and management, expired on 13.12.2009. The Board of Directors of Aktiv Properties REIT decided that the expiration of this contract puts an end to the relations between the parties.

Aktiv properties REIT has incorporated its own service company as per the meaning of art. 18, pg. 2 of the Real Estate Investments Trust Act for real estate servicing and accounting services – Aktiv Services Ltd., in which it has 100% shareholding. Aktiv Services Ltd. obtained approval to operate as a service company by Decision №1129 – ДСИЦ of 28 August 2008 issued by the Financial Supervision Commission.
